Cucumber dressed with chopped pickled plum (Umeboshi) topped with sesame
Miso-soup with cabbage and fried tofu
I had a wonderful dinner last night.
I rarely cook before but I found it fun.
It's good for health and reasonable to cook myself, so I'll do more often.
