水銀電池 / mercury battery

カメラの記事をエントリしたら、久しぶりにデートマチックに触りたくなったので、探し出してきた。
google先生に質問してみると、いろいろな縁があってまだ使っている人や、形見として受け継いだ人、オークションで落札した人、などなどいるらしい。
とりあえず水銀電池がもう入手できないのと、アダプタを自作する根性もないので、アダプタを通販で注文した。
電池が新調できたら、安いフィルム買ってきて、久しぶりに何か撮影してみるかな。

エクトプラズムというか、変な光が入り込む不具合があったけど、入らないときもあったので、そのあたりが究明できればまだまだ現役として使いたいと思った。
やっぱ可愛いや、このカメラも。

After entering previous entry, I felt like fiddling with DATEMATIC, so I took it out from a toy box.
Mr. google shows me that there are many people who uses this old camera even today.
Someone received one as a bequest of his grandfather, someone bought one on yahoo auction for cherishing memories.

Anyway, the batteries are no longer availavle today because they are really old and halt in production, so I orderd battery adaptors on the internet.
When I got them, I will buy some cheap films and take snaps for testing this camera.

DATEMATIC had a problem that weired light sometimes appeared in the photos, but I want to determine the reason, if possible.
I love this camera so much.
